    • We use reputable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Canada Post, Chit Chats & their 3rd party carriers.
  4. Shipping Confirmation:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
  5. Delivery Time:

    • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

    • We currently do offer international shipping. Our international shipping policy requires us to collect duties on select countries. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes and may be required to pay before checkout.
